Q.How does squad synergy work in NEON SKY?

Matching elements trigger element resonance, and fielding wingmates who share a bond (rival, comrade, mentor, fated) triggers bond resonance. Each resonance boosts one of five effects: firepower, fire rate, graze, score or enemy slow.

Q.Which element gives which effect?

Fire, Metal and Void boost firepower; Thunder boosts fire rate; Ice slows enemies; Wind and Water boost graze; Light and Star boost score. For bonds: rival = firepower, comrade = graze, admires/mentor = fire rate, fated = score.
