Graze — Grow Stronger by Skimming
The core loop is not dodging — it's skimming. The closer you graze enemy fire, the more your core resonates: damage and fire rate rise, and the ultimate gauge fills. Don't play it safe — lean into danger.

Ultimate & Overdrive
Two separate systems. The Ultimate charges from grazing, fires manually, purifies bullets on screen, and triggers each character's signature effect. Overdrive charges from kills, auto-activates, and unleashes a rapid-fire burst. Ultimate = escape a crisis; Overdrive = peak firepower.
TIPSave the Ultimate for emergencies; keep your kill pace up so Overdrive fires on its own.
Elements & Team Synergy
Nine elements (fire, water, ice, wind, thunder, metal, light, star, void) and four rarities (SSR>SR>R>N). Fielding the same element strengthens synergy. Rather than chasing only SSRs, build around element synergy and complementary traits.
TIPAvoid overlapping traits — mix shield, healing, and firepower for survival and damage at once.
Difficulty
Normal → Hard → Insane → Nightmare. Clearing chapters unlocks higher tiers. The higher you go, the denser the bullet patterns and spawns — but the score multiplier grows too. Rankings are submitted separately per difficulty.
TIPDon't rush straight to Nightmare — climb one tier at a time as your roster can support it.
Challenge Modes & Rankings
Beyond the campaign: Abyss (infinite floors), Endless (infinite stages), Survival (time survived), Time Attack (clear speed), Hardcore (one life), Boss Rush, Escort, and weekly mutator modes. Each mode has its own leaderboard.

Progression — Skills, Forge, Relics, Mastery
Grow your pilots through Skills, the Forge (firepower/fire-rate upgrades), Relics, and Mastery. The Forge is a reliable baseline boost, Relics enable build variety, and Mastery is long-term growth. Collect new wingmates via gacha.
